Shipping and payment

1. Validity

Our deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of our following delivery and payment conditions. These conditions apply at the latest with the receipt of the goods or performance as accepted. Deviating agreements are only effective by the written confirmation of the seller.

2. Prices

Our prices apply ex works, exclusionally packaging, are non-binding and the value added tax inclusive. We reserve the right to change variations of our products.

3. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment. The buyer will not be entitled to share the goods before full payment without consulting the seller to third parties.

4. Shipping / delivery charges

Deliveries and services are made by pickup or by parcel service. The seller is entitled to partial deliveries and services.

The delivery costs (within Germany) depend on the order value.

Small orders below 50, – €, delivery charge 5, – €

Orders over 50, – € are free shipping

For international shipping, the shipping costs will be charged at the expense.

5. Warranty

Complaints must be displayed with the seller within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

For defects, the usual guarantee is made.

For damage to the woods we can not guarantee.

The right to supplementary performance expires in case of unauthorized implementation of repairs.

Custom models can not be taken back.

6. Payment

If no other payment condition has been agreed on the bill, all invoices are due immediately upon receipt without any deduction.

7. Sample shipping

For samples, 20, – € can be charged. When buying the goods this amount will be reduce. Not bought goods, received for view must be sent in perfect condition, properly packed and freely returned to us. Chargeable returned goods are not accepted. The customer is liable for damages resulting.

8. Area of application

For the terms of delivery and payment and legal relationships between the customers and the seller, the applicable German law applies. Place of performance for all deliveries and services is our headquarters in Neustadt / Aisch. For all claims from our business relationships, the place of jurisdiction is Neustadt / Aisch.
